-All occupants over 18 must complete application and pay application fee
-Must have 1 year at current employer or 2 years in same field of work
-Must have at least 650 credit score. Scores will not be averaged
-3 years of rental history or mortgage payments
-No evictions
-Cannot be a sex offender
-Applications are not processed first come first serve
-Dependents under the age of 18 do not need to complete an application
-No possession, consumption, manufacturing or cultivation of recreational marijuana or marijuana products
-No smoking allowed inside the home
$1,000.00 pet fee, of which $500.00 is refundable. Security Deposit and First month's rent due at signing. Security Deposit equal to one month's rent. $50.00 application fee per apply adult. This is not a grow friendly property.
