Two large bedrooms in a 3BR/2.5 BA townhouse available that can be rented by one or two people like a couple or a pair of friends (please note the pics are from when the rooms were staged when the house was on the market): one bedroom is on the second floor and is 16'6 ft x 13ft with beautiful hardwood floors, two large double closets, and a private ensuite full bath. The second bedroom is 15'4 ft x 21'9 ft and just a short flight of stairs up on the third floor by itself with new carpeting and a good sized closet. You can use that as an office/den/flexible space or as a bedroom. Both rooms can fit a queen or king sized bed. Rent is $1850 total for both rooms together (price negotiable). If rented separately, the room with the bathroom is $875 because you'll be sharing just the shower. The other bedroom, which is bigger, is $975 and there's a half bath you can use on the first floor. There is offstreet parking for one car that comes with the rooms. Depending who rents one of the rooms first, that space goes to them if they have a car.
The rest of the house is spacious: it consists of our bedroom with an ensuite bath at the other end of the hall on the second floor with a laundry room in the middle, and then on the first floor there's a half bath, living room, dining room, large kitchen with lots of cabinetry, and off that is a Trex deck/balcony, a covered patio underneath and a good sized private yard. There's also a finished walk out basement with new carpet. There is a good amount of storage available. We have plenty of dishes, plates, cutlery, cookware, kitchen gadgets, etc., so you don't need to bring your own unless you want to. There's central heat and A/C.
Neighborhood is nice and the beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. It's a 3 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to Orient Heights, and about a 4-5 minute drive to Route 90 and 93. There's a couple of grocery stores like Star Market but we're still trying to figure out where everything is.
About you: any gender, 21+, employed, mature, drama free and clean. We're LGBTQ and kid friendly. Pets negotiable depending on size. Overnight guest okay as long as it's not often and we're given a courtesy heads up. Background check and references will be needed. Please be vaccinated and be willing to show proof.
We'll take turns cleaning and putting out the trash (there's a schedule to keep things fair). Wi-fi is available and free for you.
