Looking female roommate! The home has been recently renovated and all utilities/internet are paid by landlord. This is a room for rent - not the entire house. We can offer the room furnished or unfurnished (whichever you prefer). A furnished room includes a twin bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, desk chair, and a lamp. Sheets and linens may also be provided upon request. The bathroom and kitchen are shared between two female roommates.
Current roommates are clean, tidy, and LGBTQ+ friendly. Parking is located behind the house and overflow parking is available on the street.

- Must have current photo ID and valid social security number
- Gross monthly income must exceed 3x the monthly rent - income must be from verifiable source
- Positive references from all previous landlords
- No prior evictions or unpaid judgements from previous landlords
- Minimum credit score of 600.
- Applicant must be non-smoker
- LGBT friendly
- No pets
- Background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18.
