Seasonal or Long Term Rental - Completely refurbished cabin nestled in a quiet, wooded, safe neighborhood. Located in South Lake Tahoe in the 'North Upper Truckee Neighborhood'. Easy access to the lake, skiing, shopping, and all other outdoor activities. Relax at the end of your fun filled day in the beautiful redwood sauna.
Enjoy your stay at our cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin in South Lake Tahoe. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new Italian tile walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the last, usually left for the kids, has 4 twin beds, two in a bunk and two in a trundle. No one has to sleep in the living room or on a sofa!
We have put in all new wood floors and carpet as well as repainted the entire inside. There is a brand new washer and dryer as well as a fully stocked open kitchen.
Tenant pays gas, electric and communications.
There is a large screen TV, a smart blueray/dvd player and a Chromecast.
Guests are welcome to use our gas BBQ on the small wooden deck.
Across the street is state owned wood-land so you will never feel crowded.
Once the kids are in bed enjoy the wood burning stove or have a steam in the wet/dry sauna.
