***The Master Suite is closed for viewing until mid-October (other rooms in the house open for viewing).
This historical home has been updated and remodeled. Featuring a serene and tranquil urban city farm environment that is safe and welcoming. We have a shared living room and dining room. Available pantry storage and 2 fridges/freezers. Located downtown Meridian- 10 to 15 mins. from Boise/Nampa. Walking distance to several restaurants and saloons, grocery outlets, parks, convenient freeway access, and minutes from the village. Utilities are not included in rent and split between all renters. Netflix, Internet, gas heat, and energy efficient cooling for summer use included with utilities. Functional and working Laundry room available for renters.
The room offered is the master suite of the house with a large double sided built-in closet, private outdoor entrance, private bathroom, access to separate full sized fridge and freezer, bonus room attached with quick access to the laundry room. Rent is $750 + utilities. This is a drug free home, but smoking outside is okay as long as you clean up after yourself, drinking (21+) is okay, guests and overnight guests are also okay as long as you are respectful to everyone in the home. Discrimination of any sort is not tolerated and respectfulness is required for this living situation. Open communication is my biggest policy!!
We are an open, friendly, down to earth, respectful, and established home, looking for responsible, stable, and friendly renters. We are a non-judgemental group open to different walks of life, beliefs, and traditions (sorry no probation or parole). Currently offering 6 month leases. Background check required, references, rental history, and deposit. This process takes time and my rooms usually do not last long, so its best to get inquiries in sooner than later. This room will be available October 24th!
