Property is directly across from twin ponds, walking trails, on the corner of a green belt, 200 yards from playground, community swimming pool and outdoor work out area. Have home work out area and elliptical upstairs. The street is quiet and their is no through traffic.
Preferably looking for someone in my age range 20s-30s that's chill and clean but not a deal breaker. Only 20 mins east of TWU and UNT in Denton, 10 mins from downtown Frisco, and minutes away from the new PGA Headquarters being built near 380/423.
