Our rental is fully furnished and move-in ready. It's perfect for those that want to enjoy the windward side in a nice location with easy access to Kailua and the freeways (H3, Likelike, Pali). Rental is minutes from MCBH.

Our newly renovated guest suite is located 300 yards up the hill from Kaneohe Bay and a 6 minute drive to famed Kailua Beach. The one bedroom guest suite is 450 square feet and the outdoor lanai with picnic table adds a significant amount of living space. The guest suite is accessible by pathway and private entrances.
The bedroom is furnished with one queen size memory foam bed, a comfortable desk or dressing table, and a full size closet. The bedside tables come equipped with outlets and usb plugs. The closet includes hangers, laundry basket, and cube organizer.
The kitchenette has everything you’ll need to cook, but on a smaller scale. Compact fridge, hotplate with 2 burners, air fryer oven, and microwave. The cabinets are stocked with silverware, pots, pans and plates.
The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to login to your favorite streaming services. A built-in desk provides a cozy second indoor workspace.
The bathroom is a pass-through between the kitchenette and living room, however you can use the two exterior doors to enter the guest suite if you prefer to keep the bathroom doors shut. The shower is on the narrow side, but the good water pressure and hot water make up for it.
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, full-sized ironing board, blow dryer, towels, soap, and more.
The laundry is available and in a shared space with the owners who live on the property.
Utilities (electric, water, sewer, internet) and biweekly landscaping cost included. GET tax will be added on to the rental price. No pets. 6 month lease. Deposit of 1 month rent required. Tenant will be required to complete a credit and criminal background check with an application fee of $25.
