As you enter the unit into the living space, there are high ceilings with skylights on the ceiling. Heading in the kitchen there is plenty of cabinet space for storage and a large counter space. The bedrooms are decent size!
Lawn, snow, trash, water/sewer included in rent, tenant is responsible for the electricity. The heat is run off of baseboard electric, but is relatively efficient!
No pets please and no smoking!

Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required

The applications take about 4-5 days to process- Once approved we will email you the lease to sign electronically- the security deposit is due upon signing
