Room Description: About 135 feet – good average size bedroom

Rent: $600 Total Per Month. Inclusive of Utilities and high-speed internet. So you do not pay any utilities or internet

Deposit: $400 One-time deposit returned on the day you decide to Leave

Minimum Stay: Three months

House Description:

Beautiful spacious 3-bedroom home and a big fully equipped Kitchen. Beautiful forest and backyard on the back. Two floors. Your room will be on the main floor with a window to the backyard and a shared full bathroom. It includes a nice laundry room and of course AC and a new water heater

Current Tenants #1: Myself Ryan (the landlord), Age 33. Professional, kind and a Digital Marketing manager at a 1.5 billion dollar company (he has the basement)

Current Tenant #2: My friend, Age 27 . He is an Electrical Engineer in a big company. Also kind and professional

Conditions: No smoking or Drugs allowed. Only alcohol is acceptable. Friends always welcome as it is a very friendly atmosphere
