LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! ! Very close to UCSF, Haight Street, Whole Foods, Cole Valley shops, cafes and nightlife, Kezar Pavilion (running track), and Golden Gate Park. Easy street parking! N Judah Railway 1 block away--20 min. to downtown.

Notice: All prospective roommates must bring proof of full Covid vaccination status.
Our place offers you:
1. Comfortable, furnished middle bedroom buffered from exterior noise and surrounded by quiet roommates.
2. Shared kitchen. Veggie preferred, but no biggie if you aren't.
3. Shared living/dining room. We enjoy casual socializing as it arises, but it's not required.
4. Tranquil, overgrown backyard with patio furniture.
5. Bohemian/Sixties/Buddhist/Outsider Art decor throughout apartment.
6. There's 1 bathroom that's split into 2 rooms: bath/sink in one and toilet in the other, so there are seldom traffic jams!
7. We observe quiet hours from around 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM every day. Although it's very quiet most of the time anyways.
Current roomies are :
1. SWM, 69, semi-retired, Master Tenant. humorous, friendly, spiritual (in a deliberately-vague, Buddhist/Higher Power kinda way), classical/blues guitarist, 12-Stepper, well-traveled, father of roommate #2! [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch]
2. SWM, 37, son of the master tenant, works in demanding IT job w/ downtown SF non-profit. Currently at home 3 days weekly. Enjoys techie/science/Sci-Fi stuff, documentaries, vegetarian, humorous. Pleasant, helpful, incredibly QUIET guy. [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch]
3. SWM, 26, sports radio producer. VERY QUIET, polite, and considerate! Works PT at home, PT in the studio. [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch]
Looking for: Financially stable, and emotionally balanced roommate with good refs and credit. Sorry, no pets, couples, or kids. No smoking, candles or fire inside the house. 420 neutral, but please enjoy outside. Please consume alcohol in your own room.
In deference to Covid, no casual overnight visitors, please.
We prefer a 1-year lease, a minimum 6-month lease is required. First month's rent, plus $1,000 security deposit &; $100 cleaning deposit on a signing. Shared utilities/wi-fi are currently $80/month.
