- To all prospective tenants, please take into consideration the following requirements when applying for one of our units:
1. We do not accept any housing or subsidy vouchers;
2. You MUST be able to pass a background check, those unable to will be denied;
3. You must have a credit score above 600. If your credit score is not above 680, an additional fee will be charged monthly;
4. Housing payment should not exceed more than 30% of your monthly income.
5. We do not allow pets in our boarding houses.
