2nd floor apartment. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen. Stove refrigerator included. Coin-op washer and dryer in the basement.
Section 8 is not accepted for this unit. The tenant must have all of the utilities on in their name before move-in and supply proof of renters insurance.
We have a $35 application fee for each adult 18 or older. Minimum gross monthly income of the primary applicant must be at least $1,950. Security deposit is $650. The monthly rent is $650 per month.
Our basic rental requirements are; No evictions or eviction complaints in the past 5 years, a good bill paying history, 5 years employment history, Good Credit lowest minimum credit score of 570+ is required. Good rental history over the past 5 years. We are looking for "Drama Free Tenants" who want to stay a while.
