The Lease start date must be within 14 days after approval. This requirement is applicable to all Approved Applicants, even if they have not seen the inside of the home.
- No inside smoking and no housing vouchers.
- Utilities: Resident pays for all utilities including electricity, trash, sewer, gas, and water
- Insurance: Resident Renters Insurance Required.
- Animals are approved on a case by case basis with pet fees and monthly animal rent
-Lawn maintenance is paid by the Landlord and included in the rent
Our Tenant Qualifying Criteria is as follows:
- Verifiable income that is at least 3X monthly rent
- Minimum credit score of 650
- Copy of a photo ID
- No prior evictions
