The refundable deposit is 50% of the first month's rent. Move-in fee is 10% of the 1st month's rent (non-refundable). The pet deposit is 20% of the first month's rent (refundable deposit). Pet rent is $25 per month. The W/S/G fee for 1 person is $85 per month and $135 for 2 people.
