Upstairs features three bedrooms - including a large lake-side facing bedroom with a fireplace, two additional bedrooms and a living/sleeping room. Another full bath rounds out the upper level. The home can sleep 12 people comfortably. Bedroom layouts are:- Main floor - Master suite with king bed (kids can use fold-out chairs in room off master for sleeping)- Upper level room with three twin beds (one is a trundle)- Second upper level room with three twin beds (one is a trundle in this room as well)- Upper level living space with pull-out queen trundle- Upper level king bedroom (please note this room is lofted and is open to the hallway)While this home is furnished, linens are not provided. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, snow removal, and cable/internet phone. Trash service and lawn care are included.
