***Please note that we only hold apartments for UP TO TWO WEEKS and NOT PAST THE CURRENT MONTH. If you are not looking to move this month we will not be able to hold it even with a deposit. If it is available the following month then we can move forward with a tour, deposit and move in within that month.***
Applications accepted now - TOURS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL 9/29 - 9/30. That is the same time frame that the move-in is expected. You may apply ahead of time and secure this apartment with an approved application and with the deposit, but seeing the apartment won't be possible until the actual day of move in.
Pets: 2 pet max. $200 nonrefundable pet deposit. $20/mo pet rent per pet. 60lbs weight limit and certain breed restrictions
