• Credit score minimum of 700
• Debt such as any bankruptcy, collection items, charged off accounts or delinquencies is not considered.
SHOWINGS:
In order to schedule a showing;
1) Prospective tenants must be meet the above tenant screening criteria,
2) REPLY directly to email with attached credit score & gross monthly income documents.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
Wearing masks and maintaining social distancing is required at the scheduled showing,
