The kitchen has an island, pantry and includes use of refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and above the range microwave. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer connections. Home is total electric with central heat and air, has a great front porch with a stone walk way and back deck that overlooks a nice lawn that has a fenced in area.
Utilities and Yardcare are the tenant’s responsibility.
The utilities are with:
