The kitchen sits nicely in the back with outside access. There is 1 bedroom and 1 full bath on the first floor as well. On the second floor is 5 more bedrooms and 1 full bath. Making this house a large 6 bedroom, 2 full bath home.
Each room has its own lock. Bedrooms can be fully furnished. Basic furnishings can be offered for the living spaces. There is washer and dryer in the house and a private driveway for at least 2-3 vehicles.
The house can be rented for a group of 5 or 6 individuals, for a 12 month lease from August 2020-July 2021. Rent is $4350 for all 6 bedrooms, or $725 per person. Rent includes all the houses utilities as well as internet. Trash removal (trash tags) are tenant's responsibilities. Security deposit is required along with first month's rent. Last month's rent is not required! We can permit one cat but we do not allow dogs at this location. There is an additional deposit for a cat as well.
