There is a $50 application fee per applicant and all adults living within the home would need to apply. The first full month of rent and deposit are due at lease signing. If move-in occurs mid-month your second month of residency will be prorated accordingly.

Pets are welcome, however we have specific breed restrictions, and specific weight restrictions. We do not allow any full/mixed aggressive breeds and we have a maximum weight allowance of 75 lbs.
