Option 3: Month-to month (3 month minimum) $1700 monthly, includes everything, with me having access to the home/my belongings approximately once a week or every other week

All utilities included in short term rental: electricity, heat, internet, air conditioning, water, TVs with Netflix guest account, streaming apps and casting capable. Is small pet friendly.
