Good afternoon,
Drywall is nearly complete. When we hang then drywall, we begin from the top: the ceiling is completed first, and then we work our way down the walls with the ¾” boards. After we secure the boards with screws, the tape is applied. For the next step we apply the drywall mud, sand it, and then mud and sand again. The better we can get the walls at this point, the smoother it will be for paint applications moving forward. When the drywallers are done, a special crew will come in just for cleaning because it really is that messy.
Cabinets are on schedule for delivery this week and install in the next 2 weeks. Our tile crew is working to complete the master bathroom floor and showers in the next 2 weeks as well.
New construction property, pre listing pictures just for showing as examples. Property available to move in around December 2021. Lease term minimum 12 months. Open to extend. With 1 month deposit. Background check is a must. Since our last update we have installed the countertops, completed the upstairs bathroom tile, all the base and crown molding is complete, trim work has been painted, and all wood shelves are built and built in cabinets in great room are built.
In the next few weeks we will be installing the plumbing and electrical fixtures, completing the after paint installations of the hardware, and covering all electrical, water, and sewer ditches.
