Come enjoy this beautiful studio that sits on the Mission / Potrero border has been newly updated and has a lot of space for a studio. You will be staying in the bottom apartment which has a nice view of the garden. There is plenty of room to cook if you're into that or just relax with some take out food from some of the many delicious restaurants nearby.
THE SPACE
You will enter the gate and go up just two stairs. There is an open living room close to the long spacious kitchen with breakfast nook. Your queen bedroom is just feet away from the open concept living room. You're welcome to enjoy the back deck and yard as well.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Mission is a diverse, vibrant neighborhood with some of the best restaurants in the city! Murals, nightlife, and unique shops and galleries abound. It's very central with easy access to/from the airports and other parts of the city.
TRANSPORTATION
15 blocks to the BART station (subway) on 16th &; Mission streets, that takes you to downtown in 5 minutes. Or use the #9 or #27 MUNI bus to get to Union Square in 25 minutes and Pleasant area to walk and bike.
Walking distance to Valencia St, Dolores Park, Castro, Potrero Hill, Bernal Heights and SOMA. Public transportation such as the 22 Bus stop a block away.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
A dog does live in the flat above and will be using the yard to play and do his business. Very friendly and will want to play ball as soon as he meets you.
For Stays 30 days or longer, you will pay $30 for PG&;E and $50 for WIFI
