The location of the building is convenient to public transportation #31 Balboa, #38 Geary, #5 Fulton, to go downtown or the financial district, public laundry facility, plenty of street parking, walking distance to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and the Golden Gate Park is across the street. The unit has always been professionally cleaned throughout and the carpet has always been professionally steamed cleaned as well. New paint throughout and new locks. Lots of ceiling lights.
Comfortable for one person, each additional person is an extra $100.00 per month.
