During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

FROM I-40W: Take exit 73, turn right onto Catawba Ave. pass McDonalds (this road is now named Bat Cave Rd.)
-Continue 7.5 miles and turn left into the main entrance of Gateway Mountain. 
-Take the sharp right at the driveway before the Gateway Mountain gate. The rental will be at the top of this road.
