1. Three months of bank statements (checking and/or savings).
2. Three months of proof of income. Any of these will work: 6 bi-monthly pay stubs (this is the most common thing people have), W-2 earnings statement, SSI, or Disability payments. For self-employed individuals, you can provide one of these: last year's tax return, Form 1040, or 1099 Misc. Income Statement.
3. Photo or scanned copy of your Driver's License.
4. Three personal or professional references OR previous rental contact information.
5. Non-refundable $52 application fee from each applicant
