Married couple have two rooms available in their single family home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Torrance. Both rooms are semi-furnished (bed/dresser). One bedroom measures 14 x 10 and the other 10 x 11. Roommates will be sharing a bathroom with a double sink vanity, bathtub and shower. Utilities are approximately $225/month in addition to monthly rent and includes: WiFi/ Internet, Cable, Water, Trash, Gas, Electricity, housekeeper (once/mo). A background and credit check will be required at cost to tenant of $55. Security deposit is $900 (fully refundable if rent is current at end of tenancy and premises are left as clean as when tenancy began). You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room and front living room with fireplace. Location is very close to Old Torrance, Del Amo Mall, El Camino College, Cal State Dominguez, nearby parks, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls. A year-long tenancy on a month-to-month basis is preferred. Tenant is required to maintain renter's insurance and provide homeowner with proof of same (approx. cost is $100 annually).
