The apartment has an irregular layout and is on the smaller side if you have a lot of furniture. The ceilings are high (9-12 feet), it has some updating, and is super clean. There is also an onsite coin-op laundry room for residents to use.
Flat $60/month covers all covers all utilities Heat, Water, Sewer, Garbage, & Electricity (additional occupant adds $40).
There is plenty of on-street parking, and is one block to bus routes 49 and 25 to U of W and downtown, and 5 minutes to routes 70, 71, 72, 73, 66 and 83.
Pets considered on a case-by-case basis w/ additional deposit + $35/month pet rent. Sorry no smoking/vaping.
