Boat dock accommodate: 16': $200/mth
Boat lift can accommodate 18': $250/mth
Utility already in place, no need expensive set up fee nor deposit fee. Just pay a flat utility fee.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. $50 application fee per adult. (will only collect after viewing the unit, seen proof of ownership, and ready to rent)
2. Must have First, Security Deposit to move in. ($1800*2)
3. MUST have good background. We will run NATIONAL background/credit check. NO EVICTION
4. Good stable job with proof of paystubs. If passive income, proof of payment certificate
5. Good credit is gladly to consider. If bad credit and willing to pay a few months to a year in advance, may be considered
6. Good Landlord reference (their phone#) with proof of history rental payments
