Apartment 1's wrap-around porch is a special place to gather with friends and family to relax and watch the sun set over the Susquehanna river, mountains and picturesque Nisbet farms. This apartment features one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a laundry room, a sunroom/porch, a dining room/bonus room and a living room with ample storage space. Farms were made for pets and your landlords love animals! While pets are welcome, an additional monthly fee would apply for any wear and tear coverage.

Apartments are smoke-free, but there are porches and an abundance of outdoor spaces should you want to smoke. The apartments are not furnished and they feature the basic appliance amenities with a washer/dryer in a full laundry room. Heat, water and garbage pickup are included.
