It is a quiet neighborhood so is perfect for an individual who wants to work from home or a place to retreat to after a hard days work or a retiree. It is small but cozy with energy efficient new gas furnace, a/c, gas stove/oven, all appliances, fully furnished and has 1 parking space . 2nd bedroom for guest. Has a gentle cement egress into the shallow lake for swimming, fishing or kayaking ( kayaks available for use ( at your own risk) . Definitely not a “ loud party house” so if that is what you want this is not the place for you. No pets/no smoking. NO EXCEPTIONS !!! It is a 10month lease because I use it July and August every year.
