House is located in Sunset Hills - one of the safest and wealthiest neighborhoods in Greensboro. Hard to find a place in a better location, with better amenities at this price point.

Basic qualification standards:

- Must have current photo ID and valid social security number

- Gross monthly income must exceed 3x the monthly rent - income must be from verifiable source

- Positive references from all previous landlords for past 5 years

- No prior evictions or unpaid judgements from previous landlords

- Minimum credit score of 600.

- Applicant must be non-smoker

- No pet policy

- Background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18.

Co-signer (guarantor) may be required for qualification if applicant fails to meet any of the above requirements. In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified - based on above criteria.
