-Security deposit/move-in fee may be higher due to the applicants lack of rental history, less than good credit or work history, or bankruptcy within the past three years. In such cases, a non-refundable move-in fee will be 20% of the total security deposit/move-in fee.

-Credit, income, criminal, and eviction history will be verified. The nature of criminal history may disqualify an applicant.
