A. Move Fees for New Residents per the HOA:
1. A fee of $700 must be paid prior to the move in date. This fee covers the coordination of both the move in & out, building security, the cost of normal wear and tear that moves impose on the building, and an orientation session with building reference materials. The above fee also covers deliveries of any individual pieces of furniture in or out.
2. An additional fine of $300 will be imposed for all unscheduled moves.
3. An additional fine of $225 may be imposed for cancellations with less than 72 hours.
B. Move Fees for Existing Residents:
1. A fee of $325 will be charged as a move out fee. $100 refundable after move out if no damage. Please use the Refundable Deposit Form to ensure proper processing of the refundable component of this fee.
2. An additional fine of $300 will be imposed for all un-scheduled moves.
3. An additional fine of $225 may be imposed for cancellations with less than 72 hours.
