I have 2 different rooms available . (let me know if you’re interested in the gray room or the black room) They both share the same bathroom. It’s a full bathroom and only 2 people would share it. There are 4 bedrooms in the entire house. We work all day so it’s mostly a quiet place. Sleep and rest are respected here so there will never be a noisy night!

I never rent to more than 3 people at a time.

I’m big on cleaning especially the shared areas like kitchen and living room, and restroom they may be used as often as you’d like. You’ll get your own spot in the fridge for your food! But please, cleaning up after yourself is a must so that everybody can enjoy a clean kitchen! I’m glad to answer any other question you might have, just shoot me a message!
