Fantastic Two-Bedroom House Available!

I'm looking to reassign the lease on a beautiful, central air-conditioned two-bedroom oasis starting mid-October (lease start date flexible). Beautiful hard wood floors run down the hallway past a linen closet and through the spacious living room with working fireplace, a dining room, and two bedrooms with large closets. The large kitchen with a big stove is tiled and has all new cabinets as well as a good-sized pantry. The house also has washer/dryer hookups, and I'd negotiate selling my recently purchased washer/dryer. To enjoy the space outdoors, you can relax in the front on your spacious porch or on the covered patio in the fenced backyard. Photos will be posted shortly.

Although this house is unfurnished, I'm willing to sell some of my furniture (e.g., two-year-old queen bed, two seater sofa, patio furniture, charcoal grill, dining table and chairs) to the tenant, if interested.

Rent is $1,200/month. There's a lot of flexibility with the lease, which can either be a full year OR can run mid-October through May with the option of renewal. Pets are permitted with a non-refundable $250 deposit and no monthly fee (some breed restrictions). Tenant is responsible for all utilities. No smoking. Off-street parking is available in a long driveway beside the home.
