Living room/main space already furnished and kitchen has cookware, but you will need to provide your own furniture in the bedroom. He will have his own parking spot! He has his own bathroom too!

Unit on Trenton-Street side with pleasant view of trees out of kitchen/living room. Vaulted living room ceiling with nice balcony and patio table. Directly across the street from the Westwood Village Plaza and bus line.

Note: No drug use. I am professional and seek the same. Please have a sense of humor! I love a good deep down belly laugh! Prefer someone who does not work at home as I use the space for work-from-home already during the day. My office is in the side wing of the kitchen so nicer for me to work/receive in and outbound calls to avoid distractions. Please be diversity-friendly.
