Summer Housing | Shared Small Bedroom - The Redding Revival Community has several options for summer housing available.
Our Summer housing is located at Park West Townhomes which offer 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhomes, fully furnished, equipped kitchen, with garage, washer and dryer and small privacy patio area. 2 Pools for summer fun. Homes are same gender Bethel/BSSM students or alumni. Spaces available for both men and women.
This listing is for a space in one of the small shared bedrooms. You would share the room with one other, same gender roommate.
Other options are available: Small Shared room | $250, Master Shared | $325, Private Room | $425 Utilities cost are additional - average between $30-50 per person per month - depending on how cold and much you run your air conditioning.
$250 deposit required.
There are options to stay on through the 2019-20 school year both at Park West, or to move to one of our other locations at Pepper Tree, Canby House, College View Townhomes, Lake Blvd, Ridgewood, etc. Summer tenants are give priority for school year placement.
