The top floor studios also have lofts, opening up extra height and living space space. The shared kitchens are the centerpiece of daily community activity at Freya. There are full kitchens on each floor and a laundry room that are shared amongst members of that floor. All but one floor also have a den off the kitchen as well.

SHARED LIVING IN NORTH SEATTLE
Freya is a new coliving community in Northwest Seattle designed around friendship. It is a collection of studio apartments with additional shared kitchens on each floor and a main gathering space + big communal kitchen on the ground floor. We’re currently running an artist-in-residence program, bringing together a dozen creatives to live alongside early residents as the community forms!
CROWN HILL NEIGHBORHOOD
Freya is in Crown Hill – the sister neighborhood above Ballard – and located at 8311 15th Avenue NW.
- 2 minute walk across the street to Safeway
- 15 minute bike ride to Green Lake
- 18 minute drive to South Lake Union
- Close to Golden Gardens and Carkeek Park
COMMUNITY, FOOD AND EVENTS
Members have the option of attending monthly covid-safe member events with the whole community and the people on their floor. During these intentional community events people gather to share food and get to know their neighbors.
If your income is between $20,000 – $30,400 you may be eligible for reduced rent!
Deposits between $250-500
+$250 Pet Deposit
