Instead, you will have access to that in a common area kitchen. Your apartment will be equipped with a private bath, a sink, cabinetry, a microwave and a refrigerator. In the common areas, there are multiple lounge areas and an exercise room as well as a laundry facility. ALL utilities are included! Common areas are abundant with a large shared kitchen inclusive of four gas ranges, microwaves and more! You'll also find a fitness center, lounges and plenty of quiet study areas throughout.
Again, these apartments are equipped with a private bath. ALL UTILITIES and WIFI are included in the rent!

Here are the pet fees:
For one pet there is a one-time non refundable fee of $350 plus $35 per month.
For two pets there is a one-time non refundable fee of $450 plus $45 per month.
