Hey Everyone,
My roommate Matt and I are looking for someone to fill the 3rd bedroom in our unit. The apt is in on the borders of Uptown/Andersonville/Ravenswood. A 5 minute walk to the Lawrence redline, less than 10 mins to the Ravenswood Metra station. Tons of restaurants and theaters around this area, the lake is less than a mile.
The room is 14x10, easily fits a full sized bed with furniture, able to accommodate a queen, good closet space. The unit has central air and heat, a large storage unit, w/d in unit, and updated appliances. There is easy, free parking in the area. Common areas are furnished, however, room is not.
Matt and I have been roommates for 4 years, I have two small, well behaved dogs, so unfortunately no other pets allowed at this time. Matt is in his mid 30s, into sports, photography, and movies. I am in my early 30s, an ER nurse, into long distance running, yoga, and eating out.
-The lease will be 6 months with option to continue on month to month bases
-Utilities will be an extra $90 per month
-Refundable deposit will be $850
-Credit and background check will be completed.
