Once pre-screening is approved you will be contacted for a showing appointment; please note, we show rentals Monday thru Friday, 9AM-4PM. Once you have viewed the property, if you want to apply for the unit, an application fee of $45/application is due (the fee must be paid with cash or money order and is non-refundable).
