As you walk through the front door you enter the main hallway. On one end of the hallway is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and large closet. The guest bedroom is located in the middle of the hallway and features pocket-doors and closet space. Next to the guest bedroom is the full bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the East end of the hallway is the bright and open living area. This space allows guests to move freely and provides direct ocean views from every corner. Walk out to the private deck and take in the sights and sounds that only the beach can provide. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

This property is located on the fourth (top) floor of the Southern Sands building and it offers both elevator and stairway access to the unit. This vacation rental also provides two dedicated parking spaces on the ground floor for guests to come and go as they please.
