Rent Terms:

- A free pre-screening is required. If you pass the pre-screening, a non-refundable fee of $55 per adult covers credit and background check; no other fees.

- Combined household income must be minimum of $80,000 and you must be able to show proof via most recent paystubs.

- Must be able to show proof of emergency funds to cover up to four months of rent

- Minimum credit score of 600

- No eviction or felony history

- No smoking of any substance by any resident

- No pets or animals other than dogs

- If you have a co-signer to help with the income requirements, that is fine - but all co-signers will go on the lease and be treated the same as tenants.
