The apartment sized kitchen comes complete with mini fridge, microwave, mini gas-range and oven, cabinets are stocked with plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. Additional space out on what used to be a screened in the porch, recently updated to add windows so guests can enjoy this space all year round.
The bedroom is spacious with a desk nook and walk in closet. The bathroom is right off the bedroom with a walk in rain shower.
This upstairs mother-in-law unit offers views and comfort. All utilities, cable TV and Wi-Fi included.
Washer/dryer is at the top of the entry stairs and shared with the gracious hosts in the main house. Space for two vehicles, parking is uncovered.

Costs: The $300 monthly utility fee covers all utilities, gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, plus streaming TV subscription, Wi-Fi, and landscaping. In addition, there is a $240 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. Renters insurance required.
PETS No pets allowed
SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
