From the top of the steps, you’ll have the deck-accessible-bedroom, and a half bath before turning into a bitchin’ blue kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out across the two-floor layout with two bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry upstairs.
This cool cat occupies the second and third floor of a multi-family building with street parking, and one additional off-street stall for you out back.

APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. We're keen on the ol' two-dogs-in-a-trench-coat routine, so no funny stuff. If you have a lizard or sum'n small like that, they be rent free.
