My husband (M24) and I (F25) have two bedrooms for rent at our lovely 2,000 sqft recently-built home in Baton Rouge. Each bedroom is a flat rate of $750/month (utilities included). We live in a gated community just a seven minute drive from LSU. Our subdivision also has a really nice pool and great neighbors, as well as a small lake with a walking trail around it.
We have a home gym in our garage that includes a squat rack, standard weights, treadmill, assault bike, and various miscellaneous equipment. Tenants will also have access to a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, large pantry, and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. I hate to brag but…our fridge is pretty awesome. It makes three different types of ice! We also have a baby blue espresso machine that is my pride and joy.
Each tenant will have access to one off-street parking spot, and we have a large fenced-in backyard that’s home to two weeping willow trees. Other amenities include fast wifi, a home security system, smart doorbell, a washer and dryer, and central heat and air. The home features tall ceilings, an abundance of storage space, hardwood floors, and lots of natural light.
We love pets! We have two medium-sized dogs. One of them is great with cats and the other has never been around them before.
