The spacious kitchen was also remodeled and has granite countertops and opens up into the combined living and dining room over a granite countertop bar. The living and dining room area is spacious at 24x14 feet. From there you can step out onto the 50 sq ft balcony.
The 850 square foot size in the listing includes only your bedroom and bath and the common areas. Total square footage is 1100.
The whole apartment is furnished and includes a 55-inch wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
Again, pay no utilities. Included is electricity, heat, internet and cable TV with a DVR. Cost savings aside, think of the convenience of not having to pay a single bill.
