All corporate apartment residents are encouraged to utilize common areas as a part of their stay to make Landmark Terrace feel like their home away from home. Light housekeeping is performed weekly and laundry facilities are available for residents to utilize. All corporate apartment residents receive assigned keys to their individual units as well as an electronic FOB to be used to enter not only the street level entrance, but the private entrance into Landmark Terrace. To ensure safety of our residents, all street level entrances automatically lock at 6:00pm and require the FOB for entrance.
