Perched on top of a grassy bluff, this quaint 2 bedroom sits on a flat sliver of land (approx. 1/2 acre), overlooking a beautiful and accessible valley below (approx. 1.25 acres). Enjoy the meandering stream at the valley floor and the views and spaciousness that the terrain affords. Owners were farming previously on the flat section of property and could be ready for anyone wanting to continue that legacy with barn, fencing and water at the farm location.

This home is well off the road for a less hectic pace yet close to town for all the amenities you need. Great neighbors nearby and additional pasture lands on all sides for a tranquil, country setting.

Yard care is quite an undertaking on Kauai's north shore, especially with the topography that this 1.98 acre parcel has. So owners have included yard care in the price. If tenant wants to maintain the yard at the current standard on their own then a reduction of rent will be considered. Enjoy several existing and prolific fruit trees throughout the property for juicing, smoothies, jamming, or dehydrating.

Pets will be decided on a case by case basis. The home currently comes with one outside cat, Honey Girl. Sweet as can be.

We are looking for long term tenant only, please do not inquire if your timeframe is less than 6 months. Ideally, the longer the tenancy, the better: 1 year+ preferred.

This home is clean, simple, and well built. There is even AC for those extra hot days. The property is a serious gem for the nature lover and privacy seeker at heart who wants accessibility to the entire north shore or just Kilauea town.

Home comes lightly furnished with queen sized bed in master, a bunk bed in 2nd bedroom, a couch, ottoman, high top dining table and chairs. Tenants who wish to bring their own furniture is fine, we would just need to sell off the owners current furniture.

Washer and dryer are existing, and hooked up. If appliances break, it will be tenants responsibility to repair or replace at their cost. Pest control is also at the discretion and cost of tenant.

Tenants must be able to provide written evidence of 3x's the amount of rent in income. Credit score must be 650 or better, with references, and be able to pass a full background screening. Tenants must carry Liability Insurance.

Showings will only occur after a pre qualification process is completed with the property manager in advance. Please do not apply until the process is complete. This process takes time, please be patient. Minimum 6 month lease time frame required, longer is preferred.
